Studio Etiquette

Studio employees, dancers, and parents are expected to foster positivity. Poor

sportsmanship, foul language, disrespect towards employees or peers, and/or any instructional

disruptions will not be tolerated. Ongoing behavioral issues may result in dismissal from

Collective25 training courses and/or competitive groups with no refund.

We ask that parents do not linger in the lobby during classes, as this crowds the lobby and disrupts scheduled transitions and training. If you plan to wait on your child, we ask that this be done at one of the many restaurants or outdoor common areas within walking distance of the studio.

our creed

At Collective25, we commit to the pursuit of excellence.
We show up daily with purpose, with passion, and with pride.

I dance not just for awards, but for growth and for joy.
I believe that discipline builds strength, and that hard work creates progress.

I understand that receiving corrections doesn't mean I'm a bad dancer —

It means someone sees my potential and cares enough to help me grow.

I vow to welcome feedback with an open mind and a strong heart.

I will train with focus and listen with intention.

I know that true confidence comes from effort, not perfection.
I will speak kindly to myself and others.

I will lift them up and be proud of their success, as well as my own.

I am resilient. I am reflective. I rise above challenges.
I am part of a team where everyone is loved, seen, and celebrated.

I am a Collective25 dancer.
